The VectaFluor™ Excel Amplified DyLight 594, Anti-Mouse IgG Kit offers a non-biotin amplification method for fluorescence applications. This system uses a ready-to-use (R.T.U.) Amplifier Antibody, followed by a ready-to-use (R.T.U.) VectaFluor DyLight dye-labeled detection system (excitation 592 nm, emission 617 nm, color red). All the reagents in the kit are affinity-purified and extensively cross-adsorbed to ensure high sensitivity and low background. They are conjugated to the DyLight dyes using technology that ensures maximum labeling without compromising antibody affinity or specificity. DyLight dyes offer bright fluorescence, photostability, and pH independence. All reagents are supplied in stabilized, R.T.U. solutions for maximum convenience. Each kit contains 2.5% Normal Horse Serum (ready-to-use) for blocking, Amplifier Antibody (Goat anti-mouse IgG; ready-to-use), VectaFluor DyLight-labeled Horse Anti-Goat IgG (ready-to-use).

Bcl-6 is a transcriptional repressor mainly required for germinal center (GC) formation and antibody affinity maturation which has different mechanisms of action specific to the lineage and biological functions. It forms complexes with different corepressors and histone deacetylases to repress the transcriptional expression of different subsets of target genes. Bcl-6 allows GC B-cells to proliferate very rapidly in response to T-cell dependent antigens and tolerate the physiological DNA breaks required for immunglobulin class switch recombination and somatic hypermutation without inducing a p53/TP53-dependent apoptotic response. gDNA removal kit uses a heat labile dsDNase to remove gDNA from RNA preps prior to reverse transcription. The kit is based on a recombinant heat labile dsDNase which is irreversibly inactivated at low temperatures. This enables an inactivation step including heating to moderate temperatures only (58°C), which is gentle enough to preserve both quality and quantity of all present RNA. Reverse transcription can be performed in the same tube, minimizing pipetting steps and reducing hands-on time.
